Some tips for computer eye strain relief

Blink !

Blinking keeps the moisturizing natural film on the eye surface. When we fix our attention, we blink less often; as a result, there’s an evaporation of the tears.

Correct your positioning

The top of your screen should be placed at or slightly below your eye, and about an arm’s length from the eye.

Adjust your screen settings

Adjust the screen brightness to the surrounding environment. Position your screen so that the reflection disappears. An anti-glare screen protector may be needed.

Take breaks and hydrate yourself !

Take a break every 20 minutes and take your eyes off the screen for a few seconds.
